a Workshop - Churches Thank
you for your interest regarding my program "Conscious Prosperity: The
Secret to Simple & Lasting Personal Wealth." The
best part about this program for your church is that there is no financial
commitment on your part whatsoever. The
program is purely educational in nature and based on being conscious and aware
of our choices in life and the simplicity of those choices.
I teach people how to pay-off all of their consumer debt in 1-2 years and
their home mortgage in another 4-5 years, all with the money they currently
earn. Then to take the money they
were wasting on debt payments and invest it for their own financial security.
The
program is about three and a-half-hours in length and can be scheduled on a
Tuesday or Thursday evening from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM, Saturday morning from 9:00
AM to 12:30 PM, or Sunday beginning an hour-and-a-half after the end of your
service.
I
have been facilitating the workshop since 1994, a Unity student since 1988 and
speaking professionally as a Financial Planner and Personal Growth Facilitator
since 1982.
I
do this strictly on a love-offering basis for churches and teach this program
primarily at Unity, Religious Science and Science of Mind churches, as well as
other churches, schools and companies around the country.
I presented it at the Association of Unity Churches national conference
in
I
normally teach the workshop on a love-offering basis with all checks made
payable to the instructor. There is
an eighteen-page workbook that the attendees use to create a written plan as to
when they will be debt-FREE -- this is a $5.00 value and is included with the
program at no cost to the participant.
I
also make other optional materials available including a 310-page textbook for
$49.95 and CD ROM software for $59.59. While
the tuition is strictly on a love-offering basis, anyone providing a love
offering greater than $100 will receive a comprehensive Computerized Debt-FREEdom
Plan prepared especially for them.
The normal sharing arrangement on
the love offering has been that:
Expenses which are attributed to
each workshop regardless of location or where I am coming from and are my
responsibility if the love-offering is inadequate, are deducted from the
love-offering first,
Again, there is no financial commitment on your part whatsoever.
The only requirement of the church is to promote the workshop within the
congregation and with any contacts you may have in the community. If you
have any contacts in the Radio community, I am available for telephone
interviews and will provide my book as a listener giveaway.
I have found drive-time interviews to be extremely effective at bringing
people into the church, as this program makes a great community outreach program
into the local area. My experience shows that paid print advertising is
generally not effective and do not recommend spending extra resources on it.
If you have an ongoing regular add placement and want to include the workshop as
part of it, without additional cost, than it would be appropriate.
Because
I generally drive to workshop locations I prefer to schedule several workshops
in an area during the same week. If
you wish to schedule during a specific timeframe you may want to confer with
other area churches in an effort to help me in achieving multiple engagements
for the area. If you want to
schedule for a time when I am not planning to be in the area then I may request
that you guarantee my expenses which may include air travel and car rental. I
teach at all size churches and there is no minimum participation required.
If yours is a smaller congregation I prefer to schedule when I have
program with larger congregations in the area in an effort to ensure that I
cover expenses.
